Ogres At Night...

WoW!! Talk about scary!! I just about got my head bit off a couple of seconds ago.... Here's alittle advice to the guys out there with sisters... Don't try to sneak into there bedroom at midnight!! I just tried that and it wasn't very pretty.. I was trying to find the laptop that for some reason they always take to bed with them, so that I could do a post... Let's just say they made the old lady on Princess Bride look good... As you can see I found the laptop and made it out alive without losing any limbs... :-)

I haven't worked since Monday so I've just been a bum the last three days... I really hate that (being a bum).. Not having work really stinks and I really need the money.. Oh well such is life.... It just feels wrong not doing anything productive every day... I did get to go play a hockey game tonight.. This year has been a really bummer for playing in the men's hockey.. Most of the games this year are right in the middle of when we have church... So I've missed over half of the games... It's not really worth paying $600 to just get to play 12 games... WOW!! what is that like $50 a game?? Hmm that's depressing.. And it doesn't help when your teams a bunch of selfish jerks..

I guess it hasn't been that bad of a year for hockey.. I got to play hockey with Ethan and Sam a couple of times last week... It was a lot of fun... Ethan is real easy going and loves hockey as much as me... So I really enjoy when he gets to come play with me... We even got a big group to come out and play... It was kinda like the old days... Hmm those are really good memories...

I guess I was tagged by Chord to tell my version of what happened at the hockey game last Sunday... Smith and Chord have already did a post about it... But they were off on some stuff... Chord, as I recall, I blocked your first shoot and noticed that you were starting to tear up because you didn't get a goal... So I let your next shot go in before you started to really cry... I was just being a nice guy so don't you forget it.. :) No more Mr Nice guy next time.... :) I will admit that you and jock were good at deking out Aaron... I forget who scored first but I do remember Jock scoring a couple because I drew all the defence to me and gave him a perfect pass and a open goal to shoot at... Oh and Smith all that really happened on your "goal" was that somebody passed the puck to you and you missed the pass... So you where skating after it as it made its way into the net... Also I don't remember any melted ice out there but I did notice that wherever you skated the ice was starting to crack... So ya it was a lot of fun... Who wants to do it again this Sunday??

The Nanooks are playing again this weekend.. They have already secured home ice for the first round of the playoffs and they even have a chance at a first round by winning their next couple of games.. Its really cool to finally have a year where they are up there in 2nd and 3rd place... Oh I almost forgot the NHL All-star was last weekend... The day before the All-star game they have a skills competition.. There is five different advents, hardest shot, elimination shootout, shooting accuracy, fastest skater, and the breakaway challenge... The highlight if the night was my hockey hero Alex Ovechkin in the breakaway challenge... The Washington Capitals sniper currently leads the league in scoring with 31 goals and should be ranked No. 1 in enthusiasm as well. I love his style of play and he's always smiling and having fun out on the ice.. Anyhow he didn't really do that good in the breakaway challenge but the fans still voted him #1.. I'll post a video showing you why...

I miss Bush Already

ARRGH..... I can't find my cellphone... :( That's so frustrating!! Ohwell.. I'll live :) Okay who's ready for a new president?? I so am... I already miss Bush... Ya I know he wasn't the greatest and I don't agree with everything he did as president, but I still really like the man... I always felt like whatever he said he really meant and that it came from his heart... And that he did what he thought was best for the country.. I felt like crying when I saw him get in the helicopter and leave the White House for the last time... I got (more like had) to listen to some of the Inauguration at work.. The job I was working at had a radio and someone had it on some liberal station.. So for like 3 hours I got to hear people worshiping Obama... I just wanted to upchuck.... The radio was covering the parade as Obama made his way to the White house... They had different news reporters stationed along the route to cover what happened when he passed them... They would be like "( I see his car coming my way... Everybody is yelling Obama Obama!! OH!! OH!! HERE HE COMES!!! I should be able to see him in a sec!! AND YA THERE HE IS!!! I SEE HIM!!! I SEE HIM!!! I'M LOOKING AT PRESIDENT OBAMA!!! OHBOY OHBOY!! THE MOTORCADE IS STOPPING.... THIS MAY BE WHEN HE GETS OUT AND WALKS.... EVERY BODY IS SCREAMING... One sec let me put the mic down and worship him.... Oh bummer.. the Motorcade is moving on, I don't think he is getting out of the car here in front of me... There was a lady standing next to me that told me she wouldn't miss this for the world.. And that her work wouldn't give her the time off to come to this... So she quit her job just to come... I asked her how she was going to support herself now?? She said OH I'm not worried about that.. Obama is going to take care of me now and even pay my mortgage... Hmm that didn't really do it justice.. But I think you get the point.. There is alot of really stupid people out there in the world... I will say that Obama is good at giving speeches... But it was all just words... He didn't really say anything that meant anything... And he keeps saying it's time to make America great again... Again??? It's time for change... Let's start by letting all the terrorist go that are in Gitmo... And then put a big target on our back... While I help the gays get equal rights and help girls who where just having alittle fun last night from being punished with babies by promoting abortions... That's change alright... YA lets be like Rome and destroy ourself from the inside.. Why wait for the terrorist to do it when we can... It just makes me sick... Did any of you listen to the poem some girl did during the inauguration?? It was worse than Mary had a Little Lamb... Well let's just hope he fails big time so that even the dumb people in America see him for what he really is... The bible does say for us to pray for our leaders, so even though we despise them we better be praying for them too... God let him get there for some reason...

Blah Blah and a video

There's a naughty little girl in the Humphrey house... Are little innocent beagle dog Molly got defiled by a mutant looking dog tonight... So if anybody wants a mutant beagle, we might be giving some away soon.. :-) Visit Smith's blog for the full story... The weather up here has been pretty crazy lately.. It went from -50 to 30 in little over a day... I almost had to get my shorts out it felt so hot after two or three weeks of -50... Things have been really boring around here lately besides Molly getting hit on by all the dogs in the neighborhood. Since it was warm today me and Jock tried to go play hockey, but there was a team practicing on the ice so we just went home and played Little Big Planet.. Best game ever!!! Sorry I don't really have anything exciting to post... Hmm lets see... Oh I know something!!!! Smith moved in with us this week... The guy he was living with kinda had a falling out with the church so he asked Smith to move out... So know we are stuck with him LOL... OH HEY its also Aaron's birthday tomorrow, so you all might stop by his blog and say happy birthday... Lets see what else is there?? Wednesday night I told mike I was having snowboarding withdrawals so he said he would go to birch with me this weekend.. I think the Degerlunds wanted to go too so that would be really fun... Nooks are playing this weekend so that's kinda exciting.. Hmm here I'll make up for this boring post by showing you all a vidoe I took one day when me and Jock were playing around....

Oh wait that's right you don't read my blog... OH HEY!! I almost forgote to post about that... The other day Krista tried to punch me!! YA FOR REAL!! I didn't even do anything to deserve it... She was being a bad little girl, so I disciplined her in a very loving brotherly way and then she just halled of and tried to punch me... Luckly I blocked it or it would have really messed up my pretty face... :) Anyways I hope you got a laugh out of the movie... Night all..

I got tagged twice so I guess I better do this too.. Here's my 4th picture from the 4th folder well sorta.. I had to bend the rules alittle because to many people put stuff on my computer and I didn't have a clue where the pictures in the 4th folder came from... So its more like the 6th folder..
This is what are trip out to china hot springs to pick raspberries turned into... We couldn't find any raspberries so we just went mudding and ether hung out the window or sat on top the cars the whole time... This pic is of kriss and amiee on top of beks car.... It was lots of fun...
