Look who I've got!!!

:-) I CAN'T WAIT!!

I should be going to bed right now. My body is so ready for bed, but my mind isn't ready yet. I just got home from one of my hockey games (which we lost). Seems like that's happening alot this year. Ohwell.. Before the game my head felt like someone hit it with a baseball bat and I was getting the shivers. And then after the game I'm usually really hot but this time I was freezing and my body was aching.. I hope I'm not getting sick. :-( Because I've got a long day ahead of my tomorrow..

You all probably heard already that Jo had here baby!! And guess who gets to go see him??................ Did you guess?? IT'S ME!!! :-) I don't care if i'm dying I would still go.. So ya .... After way way way to many years I'm finally a real Uncle.. I'm so excited!!

If you know me at all, you know I love kids.. There was a family in our church that had three little kids. I felt like even though we weren't blood they were still my nieces and nephew. They would never call me uncle and wasn't able to take them places. But I was able to see them at church and go to there house and play with them.. There little boy would always run into church all grumpy speaking what sounded like Klingon with a few English words mixed in. :-) I would go run him down and tickle him as he screamed and giggled. Then I would turn him upside down and blow on his belly. :-) It always seemed to put alittle smile on his face.. I would always try to get him go to his mom and say ( nother brother, nother brother), because I thought he needed one.. because JORD KNOWS WHAT'S BEST!!... Then there was their older daughter who would always come in and tell me what a bad boy I was and that she was going to tell her mom that I stuck my tongue out at her!! I would just stick it out again and she would run off to tell her mom...

Then there was their little girl. She might be just a couple yours old but boy does she know how to flirt.. AND YOU KNOW ME!?! I totally fell for it.. She first played hard to get with me.. But after a couple of month of try to get her to like me, my Jordan charm won out (LIKE ALWAYS :-) . I finally got it to were she would let me hold her. And the funny thing was that I was the only one she would let hold her.. If some one else tried to take her she would throw a fit.. THAT's HOW I LIKE MY GIRLS :-) lol okay ya the was a bit inappropriate.. The thing I remember most is when I was the usher and her mom would carry her out. She would always try to kick me in the head so I would pay attention to her!! :-) Hmm wow I must be sick and tired. Thinking about that just made me cry :-( Even though I wasn't family, I loved them like they were mine.. They were taken out of my life awhile back and it was and is hard on me...

But the Lord is good.. He new I needed a little nephew in my life.. It's been awhile since I had a little boy to chase around and tickle.. LOL I guess it's still going to be a bit before i get to do that.. But at least I know ones on the way.. But I'm just happy that I will get to hold him soon.. :-) And ya when he says uncle jord for the first time I'm going to cry.. :-)

The best part is that I don't have to see other people mess around and post pics of there nieces and nephews and not have any of my own.. So ya expect alot of pics of me and him.. :-)

Okay bed time my bodies drained of all energy.. Pray that I'm not getting sick and that me and bek have a safe drive down tomorrow.. We are driving to Anchorage tomorrow after work.. And then to Anchor Point on Saturday. So ya hopefully I don't fall asleep at the wheel.. O BOY IT'S LATE!! Nite all

So ya I want to keep one really bad.. BUT??? My mom said I had to get married before I was allowed to get a dog.. SO?!?! anybody out there who wants to marry me in the next six weeks?? Anybody?? Oh and Smith don't even think about it!! You don't like beagles anyway..

Well I bet you all are really tired of seeing beagle pictures.. I just got home from a UAF hockey game that want seven rounds in a shootout. So I was alittle pumped up when I got home. I thought I would releave all my extra energy by doing a post and making a fool of myself... :) It worked! I'm so ready for bed now.. Nite

Kicking the Roomate Out

Well I decided I couldn't have my new roommate hogging all my popcorn so I made up my mind he had to go.. :) Actually I took that picture of the little vole back in June.. I woke up one morning and was headed to the bathroom when I heard a noise in the living.. So I walked over to investigate.. I happened to walk up to the popcorn bowl.. All of the sudden popcorn started flying every where as the little guy freaked out when he saw me.. It kind of scared me for a second!! He couldn't get out off the bowl, so I had to tip the bowl up on its side.. He jumped out and run into my foot before running and hiding in the couch.. I ended taking care of him where he never came back.. That's kind of a sad story so I won't tell you about it.. ):



Anyhow last week when I was drifting off to sleep something making little noises in my bedroom brought me wide awake.. Let me tell you it's kind of scary when your all alone in a house and you wake up to some noise from inside your bedroom!! So i flipped on my lamp and grabbed my 45!! LOL no I just turned on the light in time to see a little fury ball run under the heater.. I got to looking around and noticed alot of little brown dropping all over my floor.. Apparently Ive had the little roommate living with me for awhile.. ;-)



I didn't think much about it until I went to make lunch for work and found little vole dropping in my lunch box.. Arrgh }:( I had some medicine in there and he had chowed through the wrapper and ate some of it.. LOL He probably never felt so good.. For the next couple of night at about 11:30 right when i'm drifting off to sleep he comes in and pays me a visit.. Out of all the rooms in the house I don't know why he comes into mine.? And it was always at the same time..



He didn't bug me much until one day I happened to leave a banana in my lunch box and he ate a nice little hole in it.. So I decided that my little roommate that was eating my food and wasn't paying rent had to go.. So I headed to the store to get a mouse trap.. When I got there I just couldn't bring myself to get one that would kill my little friend.. LOL ya I'm crazy.. So I got a live trap.. It worked pretty good and I ended up catching him and letting him go outside.. He hasn't came back yet so maybe he found a new home.. I do kind of miss the little guy. It gets kind of lonely in the house..



LOL ya I don't have a very exciting life if I'm doing a post on a vole.. Well I guess it's better then nothing... hopefully...
